Membership
|
Exploration companies, producing mining companies, mining contracting companies
and beneficiators registered in South Africa with a balance sheet asset base between
R18 million and R1 billion will be eligible for full membership.
However, the Board of Directors will have the discretion to afford full membership
to companies with an asset base outside of these parameters.
Foreign exploration and mining companies not registered in South Africa, together
with other institutions that can substantiate their interest in the South African
junior mining sector, will be eligible for associate membership.
